Honestly disappointed is an understatement. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding in September and the bride has only recently received her 172 pictures. She was told countless times “I will send you your pictures tomorrow!” only to be met with an excuse of why she couldn’t- or the ways she attempted to send them just happened to not be working at that time. The price paid was just over $10 a picture and there are only a handful of decent ones. The "getting ready" pictures were staged and rudely rushed due to the photographer showing up extremely late. NONE captured of the groom getting ready, the groom with his parents, hardly any of the bridesmaids and groomsmen in general. None of the mother son dance. Most photos lack clarity, some are just awkward in general or the angles are off. The bride and groom are a BEAUTIFUL couple. She had the best looking subjects to photograph along with the most beautiful scenery. It was a perfect day and her minimal effort & lack of attention to detail is so very apparent. I can not imagine paying 1-2 months worth of rent money for what this bride and groom got back. Key moments that they can not get back were so carelessly captured, or just frankly not captured. Specially requested photos of things were not given back even though we know she took them. For one example, sentimental bouquet pictures that included a watched passed down from the grooms grandmother. There are no bouquet photos or any of the rings. No picture of the bride walking down the aisle from the front. No picture of the groom crying (and he absolutely did!) The list of specific moments the bride wanted captured was carelessly folded up and put away when given to the photographer. We spent so much time asking “WHERE is the photographer while this is happening?!” during important moments. And in those moments, I believe I took better photos with my iPhone.
