Representative was early for our appointment (which rarely ever happens int today's world) and fully prepared to do the job. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He wasn't condescending (our vents were blocked by furniture). I would highly recommend this company this company for your heating needs. The price was excellent and his responses to my inquiry were so quick that he took my by total surprise.
