DO NOT GO HERE. This practice engages in rigid, punitive enforcement of arbitrary policies to limit patient choice with regard to pharmacy utilization. I was denied a refill of my NON-NARCOTIC prescriptions at Meijer pharmacy because my "medication contract" showed that I went to CVS. I recently switched to Meijer because I could save <$1000 there using GoodRx. Even when I explained this to Kathy Whitaker's office, and even when I have attended all my clinic appointments, and even when I have another appointment in 3 days when we could talk about this, they REFUSED to fill my medication on account of this policy. They have abandoned me as a patient. I would never recommend this practice.
