Although I often found my car poorly vacuumed, I continued to bring my work truck for both oil change and occasional wash. I always got the $10 wash because I was most concerned with the exterior and I would later vacuum it myself. I have always found the receptionist and mechanics very pleasant. Today I was preparing my work truck for a family road trip tomorrow and with little time I decided to purchase the high end wash, thinking Platinum Wash would do all the cleaning for me. Shame on me. When I got home and prepared my truck I found the third row and rear completely dirty. Never vacuumed. I called your location, spoke with Kelly who was very friendly and concerned with my issue. She advised to come back and have it done correctly. I returned to Somers Point and asked Kelly if I could speak with a manager. She had a "manager" named John come out. John however, was not friendly at all. I explained my concern. he harshly advised me that Platinum does only windows and vacuuming. Again, shame on me ($17 fee with no cleaning of the interior...what a rip off) Anyway, I continued to be very polite with John and asked him to come see my truck. He did so reluctantly. I showed him the dirt still in cargo area. He had nothing to say. I asked if he would look at the floor at the third row. He had nothing to say. He had no comment of any kind, no kind remarks or anything you would expect to hear from a manager. In other words, he didn't give a damn and walked away. Rude Rude Rude
