Edward is old school plumbing. I read many of the reviews before I decided to hire Edward. Taking into consideration the amount of 5 star and some of the lower end stars. I felt, no matter what, you cant please everyone. So I asked him for estimate. He said he would rather come by in afternoon, I said morning is better for me. He came by in morning, got under my house and gave me estimate. He was soaking wet after he came back from under the house. He said that's why he wanted to come by in afternoon so he wouldn't be wet all day. Plumbers are not free nor do they work for 1950's fees. If you expect professionalism, you will pay a professional. They are not your handy man to work on other jobs for free while he is there (although I did add one myself but it was small and somewhat related). If you want a professional that you can communicate with and will do the job, try Edward. If you are low balling your way through life with everyone you meet and you have to feel like you have paid very little for a lot, I would suggest you do it yourself. Again, this guy is old school good people, hope this helps.
