"Katie is one of the most sought-after weight-loss, nutrition and life coaches in the Treasure Coast. Her integrative philosophy and body-mind appro Why is your personal training so much cheaper than other trainers? My services are cheaper due to the fact I am new to the area, and I would like to build a portfolio of my work done with my clients. I also do this as an enjoyment, and once I am finished with my degree I hope to continue giving fairly priced training and nutrition advice to anyone I can. After all, Americas obesity epidemic is getting out of control. I like to think I am doing my bit to help. What results can I expect to see after starting working out with you? You will see and feel results the first day you start Personal Training with me. You will be shown proper exercise from and what the correct number of sets and repetitions are. This will help you achieve the best results.
