When booking this you are NOT told that they will be dropping off guests for ANOTHER tour at AT&T Stadium. That wastes several minutes of your time; if you make it there. <br><br> This was the tour from hell. Trip was supposed to start at 10. Two guests tardiness meant we did not start until about 10:15. At about 10:35, as we are moving on I-30 near Six Flags, we hear a large pop. Thirty seconds later, we can feel the tire has had a blowout. Driver did a good job moving from the left land all the way to the right shoulder. Quite a scary feeling, but he got it done. Where we pulled over was a small opening between the three lane highway to the left and an off ramp to the right. With cars whizzing by at 65MPH or greater, this is not a good feeling. The driver actually LEFT the vehicle and WALKED a couple on the off ramp and over a barrier to a nearby Bank of America to be picked up by an Uber for their Dallas Cowboys tour. We then waited over an hour either another van, or AAA, etc. We kept getting updates from the driver that he was waiting for AAA. Finally, both AAA and another van arrive at about 11:40. At first, they wanted to just change the spare and make us wait more. Not happening. The van we were in was in questionable shape and we insisted they use the other van. So, they relented and did. On the way there, I hear that the tour operator only wanted to offer 50% back despite their van's tire failure, leaving us on the highway between two lanes of traffic going 65 plus MPH. I texted and demanded our money back and got this response Please do not take advantage of that situation what we have. If you'd like to continue that's fine we will give you a 50% off if you cannot the guide would not be able to have you with him So basically, we would have to find our own transportation back, After mulling it over, we were told by the driver we would have less than an hour to explore the stockyards (remember 4 hour TOUR). That was the final straw. I decided to find our own transportation back (LYFT). Then, I wrote about this trip on TripAdvisor and apparently sent the GM of the company over the edge when he responded with this... I find it very unfortunate that you have the odasity to take a very rare , unfortunate situation and try to turn it into your own "personal PAY DAY" as a rational, professional and civilized company were greatful no accident occurred, no one was injured or worst! I kept the misspellings there purposefully to show you who we were dealing with. Viatour is refunding us. I called the Transportation Department for the City of Dallas. They have told me that Fun Dallas Tours is NOT licensed to operate in the City of Dallas. If that is true, are they paying their taxes to the City of Dallas?
