This company is not legitimate or even rated anywhere. They do nit serve the better interest of this who have had belongings destroyed or lost. I have done much research and spoke with others who attempted to follow their "process" only it to be fed More lies and added stress the moving companies bring onto victims of moving fraud. They should nit be allowed to operate !

Terrible! They are, in my opinion, a part of the whole scam—I got scammed by American Pro Movers, and this company was offered by the broker (i.e., Trinity Moving--the company that hired American Pro) as some kind of insurance mediator. In the end, after a months-long wait, they offered me less than $90 as compensation for the furniture that the above named company moved for me (and managed to destroy or damage every single piece of it). I have witnesses to attest under oath how the delivery crew was (mis)treating my furniture when their demand for a tip was not met, but to no avail. A total scam!
