I would definitely recommend this company whether for your home or business security needs. The technicians that installed our system were top- notch and professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The system itself is so easy to understand ( + remote access & one button most cases). Quick live body response through 24 hr svc if ever needed. The emergency call back and dispatching is extremely FAST. We didn't have to pay a penny up-front for anything and they even did the Full Extended Lifetime Warranty with the pkg also at no cost. All the up-grades saved us hundreds of dollars from going w/anyone else not to mention the lower monitoring rates too. Eventually we will up-grade to the Total Connect so we can see whats going on live at all times and do the complete home automation from our cell phone! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
