I did the 2day speedloss kit & I really liked it. I lost 7 lbs in the 2 days on it to get ready for a wedding that I was in & my abs were super flat in my dress! I am an avid exerciser & would recommend it to people looking to do some type of cleanse for the health & fitness benefits & to lose a few lbs also. I WILL do it again & am a big fan of the company overall.

I tried the 2 day cleanse and I lost 4 ponds on the first day and nothing on the second. I am very disappointed, I followed all the instructions. The food was horrible and the only good thing was the shake. After the 2 days on the cleanse, I went back to healthy eating and gained 10 POUNDS!!!! I learned there is no fast fix!!!! Don't waste your money
