Dr. Rachel, I am writing this to inform you that ever since I have been on your weight loss program I hardly take any blood pressure medicine anymore. In the three weeks that I have been on the program I have taken a half of a pill only three times. My blood pressure has been great. I was on a heavy dose of blood pressure medicine too.
