Absolutely the best customer service I have received ever. The owner, Bob, completely took over the repair of the back windshield on my vinyl top Cadillac. This involved taking the car to a shop over on the west side to lift the top so he could install the window. He saved me a 50 mile round trip and the hassle of having to not only make those arrangements for the repair, but also having to get someone to go with me to drop the car off and then pick it up. Bob made sure the shop that pulled the vinyl top glued it down securely when they put it back. The car is over 10 years old and the roof was getting loose.
Talk about going the extra mile...how about 50 extra miles. Actually, make that 100 as he made two trips. I can't say enough. If I ever have a need for glass repair, I will call Bob immediately. Needless to say, so will my friends and family. Many thanks, Karen Black
