First of all, this is an unlicensed, unbonded, completely unprofessional so-called business that washes windows less efficiently than ten year old children. They completely over charge, do not have any up to date equipment or tools, and it's as if they do not even try to do a professional job. Besides the really unsatisfactory customer service and over pricing, the owner admitted to me that despite this business venture, he and his family gladly collect california unemployment insurance benefits by falsely filing claim forms each week. The complete lack of integrity, the complete lack of good service and quality, and fraudulantly taking money from the State makes this not only a bad business, but a really, really bad one that should be investigated immediately.
