Birch Benders makes the first all natural, just-add-water gourmet pancake mixes. We offer seven amazing flavors in individual and family sized jars. Too often grocery shopping forces us into a corner. We have to choose between food that is wholesome and food that is convenient. Food that is good for you and food that is fast. Why can't we have it all? Enter Birch Benders: the world's first all natural, just-add-water gourmet pancake mixes. Preparation couldn't be easier. Open the jar, add water to the fill line, shake, and pour the batter onto a hot griddle. That's it! No trips to the grocery store for eggs or milk, no mixing bowls or sticky spoons. Our products are made with only the finest all natural ingredients. Months of double-blind taste tests assure that every ingredient is the best on the planet, and their combinations and proportions are pure culinary poetry. The result? Seven ridiculously delicious flavors: Classic, Gluten Free, Six Grain Cinnamon, Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Ginger Spice, and Banana Buckwheat. Plus, all our recipes use only egg whites instead of whole eggs, resulting in fluffier and lower cholesterol pancakes. So whether it's pancakes for one or a meal for many, whether you're at home, on the go, or even on a mountaintop, you can count on Birch Benders.
