worst expierence i have ever had with a company. Ordered hair and did not recieve the hair in the 7 to 10 business day turn around as promise. I then had to call 4 days in a row send 6 emails before i was finally able to speak with someone who told me the tracking number would be sent to me that day…

worst expierence i have ever had with a company. Ordered hair and did not recieve the hair in the 7 to 10 business day turn around as promise. I then had to call 4 days in a row send 6 emails before i was finally able to speak with someone who told me the tracking number would be sent to me that day!! but it had already been 14 business days. When i asked what happened and why it was taking so long i was asked very rudely "Do you want a refund or something"?? very unprofessional and a bad representation of the hair industry!!! Will never use this provider again!
