This towing company is a profiteering business. Taking advantage of the working class people and I've been a witness of this for the past 2 years. During a time of hardship they have been disturbing peoples lives gratuitously. I live in The Lake Apartments and we have a Longs Towing sticker on our truck. We came home last night around 9pm and as usual there was no parking so we parked in visitor parking which all residents do when there is no parking availability. Long story short, they towed our vehicle claiming it had no sticker. Which it does and we have pictures, we also took picture of their ticket invoice which states they took the vehicle because it had no parking sticker. Now they won't release my vehicle to me unless I pay them for towing which they took without plausible reason. When I try to get a number to speak with someone in charge they are giving me the high ground and saying they don't have anyone I can speak with. Both the man at the storage facility and the answering service lady told me how this is not their problem, they are tired with no sleep and how they don't even have to be there. This business is going around scamming all these residents time and time again. I have several complaints from other residents, we have videos of this towing company damaging other vehicles with their inexperienced drivers taking vehicles without reason.

Don't ever use these guys. I know towing companies have bad reputations but this is the worst I've ever experienced. Jonathan the tow truck driver was an absolute nightmare. He wouldn't explain anything to us or answer any of our questions properly and was very dismissive. An example: I asked if Jonathan would back the car up a bit for me and he sighed really loud and did it. If he had a good reason for not doing it, just explain it. I wasn't being forceful. He rushed us out of the scene of the accident, rushed us when he was bringing the car to our house, rushed us when signing the document, and was honestly a horrible mark on an already ugly situation. I will be posting this review everywhere I can because this is just not a way to conduct yourself with people you are essentially doing business with.

They were very fast and the driver was super nice, also they gave me a great price.
