Melaleuca products are fabulous but I wanted to suspend my membership 6 weeks ago and they are making me jump through hoops to do it. First it was...send us an email. I did. Then they said, log into your account and contact us through there. I did. Membership is still active. I just called and now they are telling me I have to put it in writing and sign it and send it back. I am so fed up that their policies are interfering with life and any positive feelings I had about the brand are now changed. In fact, I don't even want my membership on hold - I now want it cancelled! What are they going to make me do in order to do this?!?!?!
