Vizit spun off from Atalasoft in the spring of 2011, just prior to the acquisition of Atalasoft by Kofax plc. Vizit was first introduced to the market in 2008 as a content visualization platform. With offices in Massachusetts and Seattle, the company is led by Paul Yantus, an Enterprise Content Management veteran. Before becoming CEO of Vizit, Mr. Yantus was President at Atalasoft. Prior to that, he was EVP at Captaris, which sold to Open Text, a leading Enterprise Content Management provider.
