we just had juan install exede broadband at my home in topanga. he was very helpful on the phone, worked to get me the best deal, explained the process and showed up on time. his installation was professional and i couldn't be happier. gary k topanga

I do not recommend it, because this gentleman is very irresponsible with customers. Once you install the product, but what could I never contacted again, and I have many problems with the product and I have only two months with him, disappeared

Charlatan, Con Artist, Thief!!! Mr Juan Castro owner of Castro Concepts located in Canoga Park, Ca is a outside contractor representing national companies such as Exede/ViaSat, Hughes Net and likely other satellite internet company's. Mr Castro was at our residence doing service repair work. He appeared to be a reputable business man. I assumed he had been vetted by the national companies he represents being he is going into people’s homes and businesses, accessing people’s computers, etc... Mr Castro tells me he was an electrician and smooth as he is directs the conversation to doing additional repair work and talks me into fixing some lights that were not working in our yard and replace our outdoor lighting with the new LED lights to save on power use, great sales pitch.... very smooth and calculated, I thought it would be safe to let him do the work because again he works for a national company he must be OK, so I agreed to doing further business with him. This turned into 6 weeks of endless lies, delays and excuses, I am sorry to say Mr Castro is a thief and very, very good con artist! Mr Castro asked me for deposit in the amount of $800.00 to complete the lighting work. He said soon as he got back to his office he would fax or email me a copy of an invoice showing the work to be performed and deposit for the $800.00 so I wrote him a check. Unfortunately I did not get the invoice EVER and he has stolen our $800.00 Do not do business with him you will regret it!
