Unfortunately I cannot give any stars to NFL Concrete Flooring and Staining. I am the president of a general contracting company in Jacksonville, FL and have been building luxury homes for 30 years. I contracted Marvin to apply epoxy paint and sealer to the floor in a 5-car garage and a 2700 sf home on the riverfront. Marvin's employees painted the 1st coat of epoxy paint in the garage but were forced to apply a 2nd because the 1st coat was not well applied. The second coat was a totally different color than the first coat. The painter missed a section that was about 10 feet by 10 feet. Then they applied a special expensive sealer on top of this bad job. Right away I noticed the color mismatch. I asked him to fix it and he proceeds to tell me that he has 60 days to rectify any problems on his part. I gave him the option to fix the problem immediately so I can finish the construction on the garage or refund me for that portion that will have to be redone. He refused to do either. Needless to say I fired him because I did not want a mess-up in the house as well. So now I am resorting to the internet to warn people that they should not hire someone that runs their business like that. He also sends his people to start a job at 4pm in the afternoon after they have worked a full day somewhere else so of course there will be problems. In addition to all that, at least 3 times he did not show up when he said he would. I would not hire Marvin and NFL Concrete ever again.
