I was surprised by Gerald's ethical treatment of my wife while she was searching for a person to fix a bunch of stuff around the house. I have since used Gerald several times to do work for us. Recently i wanted to expand my home and got Gerald to finish my basement. Gerald was very fair on the price and did an excellent job. It is nice to have someone who understands the in's and outs of every phase of the construction. Gerald did all the work and i saved several thousand dollars by doing that way. I loved Gerald's approach and would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs just a small job or even a basement done.
