Daniel Colman ( the owner) is NOT licensed nor insured (don't take his word - VERIFY IT with DEPT of BUSSINESS & PROFESSIONAL REGULATION). He has another DBA Money Talks LLC also. We paid him @26k for a job that should have been done JUNE 1st. Last day on job was June 23 and it's 50% complete. He gives every excuse from the truck broke, to the weather to we have no money to do the job. I do not recommend doing any business with this person.
