Adena is so unprofessional and unreliable. she took our money and then never fulfilled our contract because she kept not showing up to our appointments multiple times. she wouldn't even call to tell us that she couldn't come. i had to hunt her down all the time to reschedule. her excuses were that she was moving even when it was a month later she said again that she moved?! the best was when she said recently that she missed our appointment because she took some days off! why didn't she call me then to cancel?! plus, she is a fraud. she says that she is certified by the ACABC and is a member of APDT. she does not show up on either of their member directories. i just found a BBB complaint that said she did the same thing to her and even said that she was moving! that seems to be her go to lie. stay away! i reported her to the state.
