Growing up in a metropolitan area I've always enjoyed fashion and design. I have three granddaughters and I started sewing doll clothes for their American Girl Dolls as well as the other 18" dolls. Their friends liked the clothes so much they started purchasing. After selling locally, opening a shop is a delightful way to share. As an early childhood educator, I taught Pre-K for numerous years and worked with school age children during the summer breaks. I was always afforded the opportunity to work in a creative field and now that I've moved to a small town and am adjusting to the cold weather here in the New England area I find that being in my comfy and warm craft room is the perfect environment to keep my creative juices flowing.
