We strive for three things; that you are comfortable coming into the gym, that every time you set foot in the gym there is something safe and productive for you to do, and that we will highlight the large and small successes to help you stay motivated.

I highly recommend this gym! The owner and personal trainers know what they are doing, and will personalize a great workout for you! This isn't your typical gym, where you are just a number. The trainers here know everyone by name, and really work to help you achieve your goals!

It took me a while to figure out exactly why I love this place so much. There is no place like it. Everyone is treated like a celebrity. Every time you arrive you are greeted by name by attentive, knowlegable and professional coaches, you ...receive customized workouts that take your goals and abilities into account and are guided through a progressive plan that feels more like a therapeutic experience. For me this has resulted in incredible gains in my strength, flexibility and endurance (not to mention a fabulous side effect of 72lbs of weight loss to date and counting.) They seem to really care about your success and work to make sure you feel good about your accomplishments. If you ask really nice they may even do a cartwheel for you. I trust them with the things that matter most to me- my family and my health.
