SCAMMED OUT OF 100 DOLLARS! DO NOT PAY THIER "HOLD FEES"!!!!! I found them on Facebook market place. They had a couple homes we were interested in. I got ahold of them and they told me to cone fill out an application and they would show me the houses. So we made the trip filled out the application, a week later I finally got through to someone and scheduled a viewing of 2 different homes. Both were pretty ran down. But the maintenance/ co-owner assured us that they were fixing all the problems. We decided on a house and he said to get a money order for 100 dollars and give it to them and they would run the application, start working immediately on the house and hold it for us. If the application was not approved we were told we would receive the 100 back.That was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them and they will not return my calls. So they scamned 100 dollars from us.
