I ordered two products from this company (EXIT 15 Corporation) in late january, today is March 18th and I am still waiting on the product they have already been paid for. They claim it shipped and was delivered, but cant provide a my signature. They claim a second shipment went out in mid february. Guess what, its 3/18/2014 and I didnt recieve the secnd shipment either, and they have had thier money since the end of january. I paid EXIT 15, not UPS, not FED EX, not the manufacturer, but yet all I get are excuses, were waiting on UPS, were waiting on the manufacturer. Personally its not my problem, I ordered from EXIT 15 and EXIT 15 was paid in full. I am now tired of waiting and have requested a full refund. Ill let you know how many months it takes to get that as well! I would not recommend this company, beware, they take your money, and pass the blame to anyone but themselves for not recieving a a product you orered from EXIT 15!
