The Society of Disadvantaged Artists was founded on February 16, 2011 by Ronnie G. Morisch, Michael J. Steele, Scott C. Montgomery and Janet Fulce Ga The Society of Disadvantaged Artists' staff have donated over 6,000 unit hours of service to the Society of Disadvantaged Artists to help to promote an awareness to help Disadvantaged Artists in the state of North Dakota. In addition, the Society has generousely provided funding in the amont of $5,000 to further advance the mission to aid Disadvantaged Artists in North Dakota during fiscal year 2011. The Society has accomplished many things during this time frame to show their successful efforts to promote the Disadvantaged Artists of North Dakota, which includes having 3 separate art shows featuring 5 different Artists.
