Integra Personnel is a permanent/temporary staffing and search firm that specializes in several industries. The mainstay of the company is placement within the insurance industry. This includes property and casualty, benefits and life positions in administrative, technical, customer service and assistants, account management, producing, marketing, underwriting (U/W, U/A), claims--virtually all things insurance! We work with many of the companies, MGA's and brokerages in Washington and are expanding to include Alaska, Oregon, and California. Healthcare is another avenue we are pursuing: in claims administration, customer service, management up to the level of directors and IT. Included as clients are large health organizations, TPA's, carriers, and hospitals. Integra Personnel is a contingency search agency. No fee is paid by the candidate and no fee is paid by the employer until the candidate is hired.
