Having done yoga for years, I was leery of trying Bikram/Hot Yoga. Since I sweat alot in regular yoga, I thought at 102 degrees, I'd be overheated,but actually I was wrong. There was about 50% humidity in the room and that amount of moisture was just right in order to sweat properly.The hot yoga classes I took here were static poses and the intensity was medium.I also was allowed to take my shirt off and had two bottles of water. I really enjoyed it. when you're done, there are immaculate locker rooms and showers to cool down.The instructors can make or break a yoga class, and at Melt Ladera, they are first rate. The room is spacious and has the right feng shui.
