Dear Mr. G & Staff,
It has been such a delight to have your place of business take care of extreme maintenance for two of our vehicles.
During one of the last major storms, our driveway flooded and flood water seeped into the floor of our 1996 Toyota Avalon. We were heart-sick and didn’t know where to take the car to have it dried out and properly repaired. We are indebted to Hillwood Auto and Body Shop for recommending that we call your company.
We were so pleased with the results that we returned to your business to have the front/back brakes replaced as well as have the old window tinting removed and replaced. Each time, the car came back with a shine and an immaculate interior.
Then, our 2010 Ford 500 ESL needed some body repair due to some minor dents/scratches. So, we had you provide an estimate, which was reasonable, thus we asked you to restore the finish, and fix some minor problems. Again, the car was returned in tip-top condition, both inside, and on the outside.
We are very pleased with the quality of your work, plus the promptness with which you provide the repairs. Thank you for being a business of honest dealings as well as friendly considerations.
Best regards,
Ron and Lois Carrier
