I stayed at Unite Fitness Retreat for 2 weeks and it was an incrediible experience. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable and wonderful. The days were packed with exercise of all kinds including snow shoeing, water aerobics, personal training and boxing. The meals were delicious and the accomodations were really nice. I would like to go back every year. I lost weight and inches and became good friends with the other women who were there. Deborah C.

I am 66 years old, have tried many diets, have been an active athlete. I needed a "kick start". Unite has changed my life. After a week stay, I lost pounds and inches, and continue to do so. The staff is very supportive, genuinely interested in getting us to our goals. The weekly follow-up calls from Leah keep me on track with my at home program. I have never felt better! Karin, Santa Fe

I had a great experience with Unite Fitness Retreat. I didn't realize that I could work so hard, but enjoy it at the same time! The staff is absolutely amazing, the accommodations were nice, the food was good and the locations they took us to were beautiful. Favorite parts were the outdoor hikes in the mountains and parks and trying new-to-me fitness experiences like spinning and yoga. Thanks UFR!
