Trylene's capabilities include SMT, Through Hole and Mixed Technology manufacturing. Our High End SMT Line includes a DEK Screen Printer, Fuji Placement Equipment and a Vitronics XPM Reflow Oven. Our Fuji SMT Line is capable of chip placement down to 0201 and Flexible Placement including BGA's, Connectors and other large odd form components. Utilizing Fuji Flexa software we are able to effectively adapt to high mix and high volume requirements.
