I have attended several of Grandmaster Rodriguez's women's self defense seminars and I have found it to be very informative , practical and easy to learn. GMR made it so easy to understand and apply. Never knew that a few simple techniques can someday save me. Can't wait until his upcoming seminar, I will defeneltly attend and will bring my friends . I would recommend highly.

My son has been with Grand Master R for 4 years and has excelled mentally and emotionally. GMR takes pride in teaching which is very rare. When a student needs a little extra one on one (adult or child) whether in instruction or just a boost of confidence he give it. If I weren't a single mother working as much as i do i myself would be taking his classes.
