I called AC REPAIR Katy TX this summer when our air conditioner was having issues. Great company! Phone call was answered within fifteen minutes. The Customer care person on the phone tried to help me fix it myself and reviewed all the possible things that could be wrong. He told me I lived out of the area, so they couldn't come out, but he told me what he thought would be wrong and how much I could expect to pay. He called me back and told me the part that I likely needed replaced so I could tell another repair place. The following morning he called after finding someone in my area who could fix it.
