Located on one of the last remaining farms in Fairfax County we offer preschoolers Earth-, nature-, and farm-based half-day classes.
We are influenced by Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and unschooling. We focus on values which support the development of environmentally conscious, self-aware, and intellectually curious world citizens who respect the Earth and each other, collaborate and peacefully communicate, recognize the worth and beauty in all things. Inside the environment is Montessori; outside is part farm, part petting zoo, part wildlife refuge. On a daily basis, we will interact with chickens, goats, sheep, geese, guin...
