There is a store in Wayside Commons, Burlington, Ma.called MADDOX. DO NOT SHOP THERE. They do NOT have a return policy. What you have to do is email customer service and THEY decide for you. I bought a white shoulder handbag for Florida. Got to the airport and the zipper completely did not work. I had to use the purse with no zipper. Since it wasn't a large bat I was afraid my wallet would fall out. I nicely called the store and the woman said we do not take back. I had asked her kindly to hold another white bag for exchange when I get back from my trip. She said no. It became very frustrating for me. If I shopped in a major dept store like Macy's that would never happen. I was getting so annoyed with her firm answer that I became agitated to like her and didn't have kind words for her. Customer service wrote me back and said that is their policy and I wasn't very nice to the woman.
It is not worth going there. pLEASE STAY AWAY.......I'm out 38.00 but it is more the principle ...The customer is not always right in this case.
