I love getting my regular deep tissue massage from Allie. I have noticed increased flexibility and range of motion, which are especially important to me as I age. I used to consider massage a luxury, to be enjoyed only on special occasions, but it is now an important part of my wellness routine. Allie can customize your massage to your needs and is a very skilled professional. I also like that the massage location is small and private, i.e. no big spa production with a lot of unnecessary products and services. But make no mistake, you will come away knowing that you have been pampered! I highly recommend Biltmore Massage and Bodywork.
