I used to work with Rosie! She was always a top notch professional. Had the best facial I have ever had. It was so relaxing and helped my skin so much!! She nearly put me to sleep!! I have also had my brows done and let me tell you my caterpillars looked mighty sharp after she was done. I couldn't have asked for more Rosie was absolutely the best around!
