Force them to do the ADA predetermination prior to getting any work!! Office is horrible. We have had noting but issues with their billing. Their former receptionist spent more time flirting with my husband than doing her job. The consistently over charge above allotted insurance rates. They refuse to communicate with me to get the final services my husband needs performed. (They have a bridge made just sitting in the office). They quoted us a rate of $1461 which my husband signed. Then change to a verbal of $1800 and then decided it was really $2500 after the fact. Our entire family has stopped going there. (Mother/Father/Sister in law). The dentist is great but his staff's inadequacy trumps this. After ignoring multiple phone calls and emails, one year later, I might actually be getting a statement and the billing may be resolved.
