I was very pleased with Straight Septic Service. They were punctual, courteous and took the time to explain to me how to keep a live septic system which promotes the proper bacteria and maintain a healthy working system. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with by answering any questions I had and providing information and knowledge that I didn't previously have. The quote I was given on the phone by only giving the number of bedrooms in my home and a guess as to the size of my septic tank was spot on. I had to guess the size of my tank and once the company arrived and pulled the cover the tank size was known and the quote was accurate. Very reasonable price , lower than competing companies and the information given is definitely a lot cheaper than repairing the system due to my lack of simple maintenance. Overall, definitely a 5 star rating!
