Pine Ridge Construction Corp. was hired by American Legend Contracting, Inc. as a subcontractor that caused more damages and destroyed customer’s homes which in the end ultimately cost American Legend Contracting, Inc. thousands of dollars to come in and correct. The first project that was done and paid for in FULL, they destroyed existing garage door to the point that it needed to be replaced and on the second project that they were working and paid for by us in FULL, they didn’t follow the construction drawing’s provided for the sheathing which ultimately wound up failing inspection and we had to come in and correct to pass the final inspection. They also caused thousands of dollars in water damage to the point of insurance companies needing to be involved and also never completed the job as contracted. The third project that he claims a balance of $1,400 is due was also left unfinished and did damages to the existing siding and caused water damage to the existing ceilings that we had to come in later to repair and paint. We gave Pine Ridge Construction Corp. every chance to come back to make good on their word to correct the errors made at our clients home. But in the end the errors made by Pine Ridge cost American Legend a great deal of money in materials, time and labor to have to go back in the end and repair. The service we received from this subcontractor was reprehensible. It’s the support of subcontractors like these that give established contractors a bad name!

Pine Ridge Construction received a deposit and refused to return the payment when requested. I cannot recommend this company - dishonest!
