Very bad Agency, the worst service, shame to Forest Hills neighborhood. That's all I can say

Stay away from this Agency!!! Manager George Watling don't even bother that he will return any of your phone calls. Change insurance as soon as you can. Office staff the worst I've ever seen. They will ignore every single request you have. They will sell you all bunch of stuff that you don't need it and after all won't call you back or respond to your email. The main Agent Chris Tighe poor guy has a house and lives in Florida has no idea what is going on in this office. I would highly recommend to DO NOT use any of their services.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance agency. If ther is a single company that defines INCOMPETENCE it is State Farm. It takes them an average of 2 months to process a change,dont hold your breath if a refund is due.Their latest nauseating trick is trying to double charge me for a new vehicle I added to my policy, so I have now filed my 5th complaint against them with the department of DFS. Like a good neighbor,huh? With neighbors like state farm,you don't need enemies. This agent's office is horrible. They give you a very bad attitude. They don't even know how to treat their customers right. They don't like returning calls at all...especially the middle age caucasian woman is extremely rude.
