I'm sorry, but this NOT an endorsement. A neighbor recommended Drapery and Blind Co. and I looked you up on the internet and found you had over thirty years experence......yadah, yadah, yadah. A man called "Mithcell" came on Sunday, 11/18/12 and took my Hunter Douglas 6 1/2 foot mini blind and promised it back the day before Thanksgiving. He DEMANDED half the cost of clearning. This is a very expensive blind, and only about five years old, I photographed to show its condition before it was removed from the window. Wednesday I CALLED and "Eddie" said that the truck conveying the blind (I was told everything was done locally) from the cleaning whse. in Long Island was in an accident. I asked if the driver was okay, told yes, I asked if my blind was okay. I was told yes. I was told the blind would be returned and reinstalled on Friday, 11/23/12. AGAIN I took the afternoon off from work to be present, but after I CALLED, learned they did not know where my blind was. I pointed asked "Eddie" if my blind was damaged in the accident. He said no. He said the blind would be delivered on Saturday, 11/24/12. On Saturday morning I called several times, and no answer, I tried every number I could find including one at 288 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, N.J. where the company had once held a license issued in 1968. A friend suggested I use my cell phone, "Eddie" answered immediately. continued...../.........

Lisa Genovese Just throw out the item before calling this Thief, it will be cheaper how has this criminal started doing business in long island after being basically banned from doing business in New Jersey by the attorney general and the division of consumer affairs. It is not bad enough my entire house was destroyed by a flood but then to walk into our home and steal what few items we try to salvage, and get paid on top of it! their is Karma for soulless degenerates like this North Jersey Businessman Ordered to Pay $353,800 for Violating Consumer Fraud and Home Improvement Contractor Registration Acts In their filed complaints, some consumers also stated that Poller failed to return items taken from their homes for cleaning. Items only were returned following repeated calls by consumers to Poller over an extended period of time. Poller has conducted business under many different names in northern New Jersey, including American Draperies and Blinds, American Draperies and Blind Company, Countrywide Draperies and Blinds, Country Wide Draperies and Blinds, Affordable Draperies and Blinds, Affordable Drapery and Blind Company, and The Drapery and Blind Company.
