Reiki (ray-kee) is a wonderful, natural healing modality for stress, inflammation, pain, anxiety, illness, weakness, low energy and fatigue. Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique that is used with gentle "laying of hands" on areas of the body that is felt with heat, cold, or other energy sensations. Many times our energy gets depleted with the numerous tasks our body goes through each day, and Reiki helps us get back to a more nurturing, contemplative state. In turn, we give ourselves permission to heal our body through positive energy. Reiki by Ricci is located in beautiful downtown Lake Oswego inside IM=X Pilates studio.
