An integrative "Complementary Therapy" Yoga program developed specifically for women recovering or recovered from either prophylactic or therapeutic surgeries and treatments related to breast cancer. The Healing Chest offers a Hatha Yoga program with modified Asanas (exercises/poses) to address these specific health issues rather than offering a "one size fits all" class. Traditional Hatha Yoga/Asana postures are offered in modified forms to accommodate the various physical conditions of breast surgery patients.
