Not being financial experts we set up our QB accounts and Shopping Cart (Shopify) in what seemed to us to be a logical and reasonable framework. However, what we thought was logical just didn't work for our website and potentially with our new CFO coming in. It was important that we get the shopping cart working and that we get our books cleaned up and aligned with standard financial practices. Tonya did just that providing feedback and guidance when we had no sense of what was critical. Her style was easy going but direct and her understanding of what we needed were absolutely perfect.
