Im a poshmark seller my name is phoobear79 on the site. Ive recently been suspended from the site for supposedly not following the rules. Yet im a top rated seller. Ive been told i sold stuff not approved yet there are millions of people selling stuff that doesn't follow guidelines and they still are on the website. Ive never left derogatory remarks to anyone but ive had racial remarks left on my closet the person is still on the site. I have credits on the site which i have no access to from selling my clothing on the site so they are with holding my money from me. Ive also made several high priced item buys and was told they were like new items which happened today 4/18/16 i received a package with pink item's and they were not at all what i was told they were they were very worn and smelled badly i made a complaint and all of a sudden im blocked from my closet. I also wrote them about 2 recent un fair ratings and they claimed i was making derogatory remarks about the buyer's which wasn't true. I just sent out a sale today i have pending payment for my sales i can't get access to my money which is against the law since my merchandise was accepted or is on it's way to the buyer. I feel decimated against. Several other sellers are breaking rules and are still apart of the community. I am getting to the point where im gonna file a complaint with the better business Bureau and a lawyer. Ive done nothing wrong. Men sell on the site and they dont get kicked off but i do.
