I had my 1996 Rolls Royce Silver Spur serviced by Rodd Sala, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their work. Not only did they fail to fix the issue I brought my car in for, but they also caused additional damage to my vehicle. Every item serviced for had to be redone by another mechanic for same amount. Furthermore, the level of professionalism displayed by this man was unacceptable. He fakes European accent to be convincing only to disappoint you with his incompetence. Overall, I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone especially on Rolls Royce motor cars. The poor quality of their work and lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable.

Cannot say enough about Rodd and his Staff- truly the consummate professionals in all aspects of Rolls-Royce Restoration! My grandfather had left me his 1978 Silver Shadow in his will and without Rodd and Park-Ward Motors would not have been able to restore it to its beautiful original glory! Thank you so much for all of your knowledge and expertise.

I would just like to endorse Rodd Sala and Park-Ward Motor Museum based on my service experience. Although I have not purchased a vehicle from Rodd , he and his staff have serviced my Rolls Royce Silver Shadow for the past three years; I have found their knowledge of the marque is without comparison. They are friendly, courteous and genuinely care about the restoration of these fine motorcars. Rodd has gone the extra mile to assist me in last minute problems prior to charity events, without any payment other then my gratitude. He is willing to work with me on my repairs and prioritize repairs based on my budget. He has addressed any concern that has arisen over the past three years and stands behind all his work. I have even trusted Rodd to store my car over the winter at the Park-Ward Motor Museum for the past two winters. He is also an excellent choice for consultation, if you are considering the purchase of a Rolls Royce.
