We made a purchase Februrary 23,2021 with a salesman named Justin. We made a deposit and were told approximately 16 weeks to get a building installed. We are now at 36 weeks and can get no answer when we will get a building and have been told that no buildings were getting installed in our state at this time?!? Now Carport Central farms out the install to Coast to Coast carports and that is not our problem. Our problem is we made a deposit for a product that we NEED that cannot be delivered, and Carport Central does NOT refund deposits! Now we feel like we have been lied to and feels like we have been robbed of our money and time that we NEED our building.

We ordered a custom barn from Carport Central and it exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated the assistance and professionalism shown during the planning and ordering of our barn. Many of our neighbors have already complimented us on how beautiful it is, and how it has improved the aspect of our property. Carport Central will be getting some referrals from me in the near future. I also wanted to mention that the installation team was awesome. They were very professional and respectful. They coordinated everything with me to make sure I was happy with the way it was being built. I want to thank Jody and the Carport Central team for a great experience and a great product.
